Ask a question
How can furnoodle! be free?
What kinds of advertising are on a furnoodle! site?
We are continuously working on perfecting our advertising model. Furnoodle!’s core values are concentrated around helping independent retailers be successful on the internet. Supported by 3rd party advertising, we can offer this service for absolutely free.
We're careful whose ads we display and are conscious of the consequences advertisements can have. Thus, we do not display competitive ads that could undermine the local retailer. Ideally, we would like to work with manufacturers to better tell their story and promote their products on our network of sites. Help us make furnoodle! better by sharing any ideas you may have about advertising with us!
Can anyone have a furnoodle?
Any furniture or mattress retailer can claim a furnoodle! website.
Click here to sign up. If your company's product assortment includes brands featured in our
list of key brands there is a good chance your furnoodle! website will have a product catalog that is representative of your lineup. If our key brands are not important to your company, we've got an extensive list of
additional brands, which may have partial product catalogs. With your furnoodle! website, you can choose up to 350 free basic item listings from our entire product catalog.
Will furnoodle! replace my existing website?
Yes, your furnoodle! website can replace your existing website. Alternatively, you can link into your furnoodle! catalog from your existing website.
Where can I buy a domain name?
If you're looking for a domain name, there are several options available on the internet. Of those options, one suggestion is purchasing services or domain names through our
parent company's account.
Can I show my furnoodle! catalog from within my existing website?
Yes you can. To accomplish this, you can show your furnoodle! website inside an IFrame on a page on your site. An IFrame is a simple HTML tag that allows you to show one page inside of another page. Here is an example that you can copy and paste into your site:

Click here to access your control panel. After you sign in, select Product Selections from the upper left corner and uncheck the brands you do not carry anymore. You must click on Process Selections to save your changes. When you click on this button, you will get a message asking you to process a large number of records. Don't worry. This is normal. Go ahead and click the "Process" button to continue!

How do I know which products my customers are looking at on my furnoodle! website?
If a customer is calling in and they are on your website, ask them to click on the item and once they can see the pop-up window with the item name, dimensions and style, ask the customer to click on the 'Request More Info' button or the 'Click here for product identification information' text at the bottom. Once they click on either of these, they are taken to the 'Contact Us Online' form. They should be able to see an image and additional information such as item SKUs, collection name and even manufacturer. Ask your customer to relay this information to you. You will also be able to see this information when a customer submits a customer inquiry form.

Can I hide select product categories such as Living Room, Bedroom or Dining Room?
Yes! If your company only carries living room furniture or bedroom furniture and mattresses only, you can hide the rest of the product categories in the
Setup Wizard. Sign in and select Setup Wizard. Choose either the Single Store Setup or the Multiple Store Setup. Under the Store and Company tab, scroll down the page until you see the text, 'Create a more comprehensive profile.' Click on the 'Display optional fields' text to view additional fields. Scroll down and you will see 'Hide Product Navigation.' Here you can uncheck categories that you do not carry.
